Return Policy

Dual-Lite is committed to your complete satisfaction with the products you purchase from us. We sell only the highest quality products with outstanding service to match. In the unlikely event you experience any problems with one of our products, please refer to the following information, which outlines the Dual-Lite Return Policy.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us at 1-800-782-6950 or by email. Please include: 1) your name, 2) original order number, 3) part number, 4) quantity, 5) phone number, 6) e-mail address, and 7) reason for return.

The RMA number provided must be included on all return shipments.

RMA’s expire after 30 days, so please return the material promptly.

Items returned without proper authorization will, at the sole option of Dual-Lite, be returned to the customer freight collect, or scrapped immediately with no issuance of credit. Unauthorized merchandise included in a return will not be credited.

The customer shall remain liable for the purchase price of all merchandise, and Dual-Lite will not be bound by terms and conditions imposed by any third party.

  • If you need to return your item

    Returns with no exchange will be charged a 35% restocking fee. Return shipping charges will need to be prepaid and will not be reimbursed.
  • If you need to exchange your item

    Enter your replacement order online or on the phone and reference your replacement order number when requesting a return. If you purchase a replacement, the restocking fee will be waived. Merchandise must be returned at the customer’s expense and will not be reimbursed.
  • If you receive the wrong item

    If the returned merchandise is made necessary through any fault of Dual-Lite, and permission is granted for its return, Dual-Lite will provide full credit, including all shipping charges, if returned per transportation routing instructions supplied with the RMA.

All returned merchandise must be in unused, resalable condition and packaged in original carton. Products will be inspected upon return and any service or repair needed to place them in first class, saleable condition will be deducted from the credit due.

Dual-Lite reserves the right to deduct from credit for any damage sustained in transit of return shipment, so please use the original packaging to return the shipment.

  • Returns due to quality issues will not be charged a restocking fee and a replacement order is not required.
  • If, upon inspection, the returned product is determined to be defective, Dual-Lite will provide full credit, including shipping charges of replacement product, if returned per transportation routing instructions supplied with the RMA.
